These terms govern your purchase and use of the services sold on this site. They are written in ordinary language on purpose. Where something is a real limit on what you are buying, it is said directly rather than buried in a clause designed not to be read.
Revision dated 24 August 2026Fortify 24x7 runs this storefront under the EagleTech Innovations name. Your agreement is with Fortify 24x7, your invoice comes from Fortify 24x7, and the service relationship sits there too. We repeat it on every page here so that none of it can ambush you afterwards.
Each catalog line is a managed subscription to one capability, delivered on the vendor platform its specification sheet names, and operated by our engineers. Buying it entitles you to that capability at the quantity purchased, for however long the subscription stays paid up and running.
The specification sheets form part of this agreement. Each carries an honest scope block describing the edge of what it reaches. Read those before you buy rather than afterwards, because they are written to be relied on.
A declined charge gets retried and you get told. Leave it unresolved and the subscription can be suspended. We will try hard to reach a human first, because switching off somebody's security over an expired card serves nobody. Bringing a suspended service back may need redeployment work.
We will deliver what you bought with reasonable skill and care, keep the underlying platforms properly operated, staff the desk that answers alerts and cases, and tell you the truth about your environment. That last one includes the occasions when the problem turns out to be ours.
Nothing in security halts every incident, and a vendor who suggests otherwise is describing a thing that has never existed. We do not warrant that these services catch or halt every threat, that no data will ever be lost, or that systems stay continuously available.
Each specification sheet draws its own boundary. Those boundaries are contractual terms, not softening language bolted on by a lawyer.
As far as the law permits:
Data inside your environment belongs to you. We touch it to run the service and in line with our privacy notice. Defending intellectual property gives us no stake in it, and nothing written here licenses us to use your material for any purpose beyond delivering what you ordered.
Go whenever you want, from the portal or by writing. Departure lands at the close of the period already paid for, and our refund policy explains what becomes of money already taken.
We can suspend or end service where payment stops, where use is unlawful, or where conduct puts our staff or other customers at risk. Unless the situation is urgent you get notice and a chance to put it right.
These terms are not frozen. Anything material appears here with a fresh revision date, and where it touches a live subscription the account holder is told. Carrying on with the service once a change takes effect counts as accepting it.
An unenforceable provision does not take the rest down with it. Declining to enforce something once does not surrender it forever. These terms, the specification sheets, and the policies linked around this site together form the entire understanding between us about these services.
The law of the jurisdiction where Fortify 24x7 is organized governs this agreement, and the courts sitting there decide any dispute arising out of it.
