Security subscriptions are sold here month by month and charged before the month starts. This page sets out exactly when money comes back to you and when it does not, so nothing about it has to be negotiated during a bad week.
Revision dated 24 August 2026Subscriptions are paid month by month, before the month runs. Leave whenever you like and departure lands once the paid period closes. Part months do not get split up. Bill you wrongly and we correct it and send the money back.
Leave through the portal, or write from the address the account carries to support@eagletechinnovations.com. Departure prevents the next charge. It does not reverse the one already collected.
Everything carries on until that paid period expires. Agents stay live, engineers stay responsive, and we will sit down with you over a tidy handover and pull back copies of your data wherever a platform allows it.
Cancel nine days into a month you paid for and that month still finishes. It is not refunded. Rates here assume the month is the indivisible unit, and slicing fragments off it for some customers would mean a different price for everybody else.
Some situations are simply our mistake, and you should not have to build a case.
Whatever gets approved returns to whichever card paid. Banks usually need five to ten working days before it shows.
A chargeback can freeze an account automatically, and a frozen account can mean live security switching off while a bank grinds through a process measured in weeks. Nearly every billing dispute we have ever seen dissolved in a single email. That route is faster for you, and it does not leave your machines uncovered while it runs.
Quantities and lines shift from the portal. Anything added is charged on the following billing date. Anything removed stops from that same date, and the month underway is not credited back. Need it handled some other way? Ask, and the answer you get will be a straight one.
